What viewers are saying...
From Kay Penn Presson, Bardwell,
KY:
At this moment, I am watching your interview
on The Writer's Tale. While I have never watched this particular
channel before, something compelled me. Something drew me to watch
it. Perhaps it came from the death of my beloved aunt this morning.
Perhaps it is because I am a writer also. Whatever compelled me,
I am thankful, for your interview is absolutely fascinating.
From
Professor Judith Paterson, the Host of A Writer's Tale:
Here is the message from your fan in Oklahoma. "I
plugged in and got my second blast of Stanice Anderson! I've seen
this show before and it's one of my favorites. You must have had
a great time interviewing her. The first time I watched her I
didn't catch that reference to the 700 Club which I thought was
interesting. She said that while using she saw a reenactment of
someone using just like she was at that very moment and it was
then that she decided if God could help that person on the 700
Club He could help her. Wow! She has had a successful life since
that show."
Pat Herron, Junction City, Kansas, March 26, 2005:
WOW ! I would love to read your book! Listening to you talk on
Dr. Paterson's show was very interesting. What I saw on the screen
was a woman with a teeming surplus of electricity that would rather
be telling her story standing then sitting. What made your appearence
on the show so interesting was that the person you described yourself
as being could not possible be you. The person being interviewed
had to of spent her high school years as a very spirited cheerleader
and a member of a dozen clubs holding down three jobs so she could
afford to buy candy and ballons for the forgotten people in nursing
homes. You seemed too upbeat to have experienced using drugs and
having such a dark life in your early years. This is why I am
dying to read your book. I wanna see how you got from point "A"
to "B." I guess with your dramatic change it will be
more like "A" to "Z".
Richard
& Carmen Diaz, March 17, 2005
My wife Carmen and I recently saw you in the "Writer's Tale"
segment. We were both touched by your testimony and especially
how you through Christ, overcame all your trials. You have a powerful
and awesome testimony for others. We are Christians living in
San Antonio, TX. You are filled with the Lord and others need
to see this that God is a God who wants good change in everyone's
life. Keep doing what you're doing for God. You be nice to yourself
okay! We'll keep you in our prayers. We love you and the things
you're doing for others. God loves you and stay in touch.
Another
viewer, sent this email to her family and friends:
"I am so happy Stanice sent me her interview and I want to
share it with you. For those who have not gotten her book, you
will get to meet her and hear her story. I am not trying to sell
you her book but I am trying to give away her testimony so that
others will be blessed by what she had to go through to be a witness
for God and his people. Please take the time to look at it and
thank God she made it through.
A Note from Stanice:
The greatest gift that was mine for the asking was a personal,
intimate and ever-growing relationship with God.
Jesus Christ bridged the gap between me and God, and the Holy
Spirit empowers me to go against the flow and live life differently.
