I SAY A PRAYER FOR ME: One Woman's Life of Faith and Triumph,
(Walk Worthy Press/Warner Books) Years
ago, Anderson was a heroin addict. Today, she turns to prayer for
her solace, and hopes to teach others to do the same. Through more
than 40 touching stories of success, Anderson captures the loneliness
and desperation of addiction, and the blessing and joy of overcoming
it. Following each story is a relating prayer and a connection to
Scripture. By exposing her own losses, Anderson hopes to inspire others
to overcome their problems and turn to God for help.
By examining her own obstacles, Anderson relates to problems that
many people face today.
